Local Honey
The peaceful testing and measuring out of the honey, in a village near Yemrehenna Kristos, northern Ethiopian, before a storm of a negotiation, over the agreed price.
The honey is laid down by bees in hives shaped like small barrels, made from wood and chika (clay, teff straw and dung), sat on stones and protected by a thatched top.
