Advice on Breathable Insulation for a Windmill
Glad to provide advice on internal breathable insulation and lime plaster to the owner and builder restoring the Windmill at Mill House South Duffield. A c1800 red brick circular tower with the outer bricks laid ‘watershot’, on an angle, to prevent the wind driven rain from penetrating quickly in to the structure, which often causes problems for battered walls.
