Tim's Nidderdale Dream
It is always a pleasure to offer advice to people like Tim who has the vision and the ability to restore a stunning early seventeenth century building in the beautiful setting of Nidderdale in the Yorkshire Dales.
Tim first priority is to pull back ground from the back of the building which is saturating the walls. Mark was able to suggest different options to compliment this essential work: a free draining insulated foamed glass sub base and lime screed; insulated but breathable lime plastered wall build ups; building and pointing mortars; and a suitable sewage treatment plant.
